By accessing or browsing the Forgotten Vault catalog you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the catalog.
§ 02 Eligibility
The Vault is offered to visitors who are able to form a binding agreement under the laws of their jurisdiction. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the catalog.
§ 03 Permitted Use
- Browse the catalog and view archived records.
- Play catalog entries for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Share catalog links through the URL parameters we provide.
§ 04 Prohibited Behaviour
- Reverse engineering, scraping or bulk downloading catalog content or game files outside the provided play flow.
- Attempting to circumvent ad slots, rate limits or other catalog systems.
- Uploading malicious code, automated traffic or scripts that degrade the experience for other explorers.
- Using the catalog to harass, defraud or impersonate any party.
§ 05 Intellectual Property
The catalog design, archive marks and original copy are owned by the Vault or its licensors. Catalog entries are sourced from third party developers and remain the property of their respective owners; the Vault hosts them for personal play only.
§ 06 Third Party Games and Ads
Game files are delivered via our CDN or the original developer's domain. Advertisements displayed inside the catalog are provided by independent ad networks; the Vault is not responsible for the content of those advertisements, which are governed by the network's own policies.
§ 07 Disclaimers
The Vault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
§ 08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Vault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the catalog, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
§ 09 Changes
We may update these Terms as the catalog evolves. The "Last updated" stamp will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the catalog after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
